In 2012 an initiative was launched by Belle Rive Farms to reward and uplift our loyal and committed staff.

Belle Rive Agric saw its registration approved with 51% shareholding belonging to the Workers (-Trust) and 49% to Belle Rive Farming.

The goal is for the Workers Trust to eventually own 100% of Belle Rive Agric shares and function independently.

Belle Rive Farming undertakes to act as a mentor for as long as it takes them to function successfully.
George Ntengo manages Belle Rive Agric on behalf of the Workers Trust.

Belle Rive Agric successfully produces onions and maize. Wheat cultivation will also be added in the near future.
